New Camera

So I bought a new camera, Canon T3i.  And with that I must take pictures and I've been doing that frequently now.  Trying to learn how to shoot without getting what I want blurry which I need to learn quickly.  I've been shooting too many photos that look great until I zoom in.  Photography has helped me understand more about colors. Never really looked at colors in real life until now and that's been my weak point. I've also noticed how the stock lens you get with your camera can be pretty bad.  Doesn't get sharp enough when using a circular polarizer.  But I'll learn to figure it all out. Need to pick out good composition and the right mom

So I've done a normal map in zbrush for this lamp post I've been working on.  It's done, I just need to project it into a normal map.  But as always, problems pop up.  With the ridges, they don't match up on the top are because of the uv seam.  All I can think of doing is just editing that normal map texture by hand. Sigh.  It's always the translation part that gets me. So I just thought up a way to fix the texture, just bring it back into zbrush and than edit it.  But before than I was thinking of using zbrush to edit the texture.  But first, I wanted to learn more about.  Using their tutorials in the help menu,  I'm understand more and mor

So a friend found out about Chatroulette and I was dying of laughter as he pretended to be C3PO.  It's a bad site I know.  So I was tempted to draw people and I did.  after about 10 drawings or more, around 9 hrs being on chatroulette, I had a blast.  Having to stomach a lot of webcams stuff I didn't want to see, I got to experience something really cool.  Was great to see people smile and people from various countries.
